The upstairs loft is accessed by a centrally-located ladder. The living room below enjoys full double-height ceilings up to the gable, while the loft can easily accommodate either a full bed and dresser, or dedicated working spaces for two.

Wide plank white oak flooring is paired with birch plywood interior for a cozy, but polished finish. Natural daylight streams in from well-placed operable windows and exterior sliding glass doors.

Digital Plans
With your purchase, you’ll receive one set of full construction documents as a downloadable PDF.
You’ll receive a license to build one HUTS ADU from the plans.
The plans will include all architectural, structural and MEP documentation required for construction, along material, appliance and equipment specifications.
Physical Materials
With your purchase, you’ll receive two full-size printed copies of your construction documents to your listed address.
You’ll receive the HUTS checklist for how to permit your project, select a contractor and execute on your ADU build.
You’ll receive a complimentary gear package from HUTS with your purchase.
Guidance
You will have access to our ADU hot line.
